Quality assurance
All components are precision machined for exact fit, eliminating costly extra seals. No oils or other lubricants are used in the manufacturing process. All bailers are leak tested, washed in phosphate free detergent and visually inspected prior to shipping.

Variable Flow Bottom Emptying Device is precision machined entirely of PTFE. Stopcock Valve detaches from Variable Flow Bottom Body during sample collection. After collecting sample, insert Stopcock Valve into Variable Flow Bottom Body and use stopcock handle to control sample flow from bottom of bailer into vial. Minimizes agitation and aeration.
